If you receive a letter from HomeServe USA regarding protection coverage on your buried water lines, please note that this is NOT being sent out by EPWSA. We are in no way affiliated with this company.
EPWSA is pleased to announced our payment upgrade options available to our customers.
Customers may pay via:
1. telephone by calling toll free (855)819-0768. You will need your statement handy as you will be asked to enter your "web ID". We ask that you use this phone number to make all credit/debit card payments. If you call our office, we will be able to transfer you as well. If you need your web ID, we will be able to provide this to you. Your web ID is NOT your account number!!!!
2. internet by clicking on our "**Pay Online**" tab above. During registration, you will create a user name and password which will be used after that to log in to your utility account. If you choose not to have access to your account history, you may pay as a "guest". If you were previously registered, you will have to re-register.

To sign up for paperless billing, go to our "Contact Us" tab, fill out the information and select the appropriate box or you may email firstname.lastname@example.org. Should you decide to sign up, you will receive your statement via email the last business day of each month.
IF YOU HAVE AN EMERGENCY AFTER HOURS YOU MAY CALL THE EATONTON POLICE DEPT AT 706/485-3551 OR THE PUTNAM COUNTY SHERIFF'S DEPT AT 706/485-8557 WHO WILL NOTIFY OUR ON-CALL PERSONNEL.
